1. Who we are

2. The service
Vylith lets you describe software and have an AI system plan, write and test it for you in an isolated environment, with a live preview. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or publishing it.
3. Eligibility and accounts

4. Credits and payment

5. Your content and what you build
You keep ownership of what you put into Vylith and of the code generated for your projects, to the extent the law allows. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you (storing, processing and displaying your content). We do not use your projects to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Vylith to build or publish: phishing or credential-harvesting pages; pages impersonating real people or organisations; malware; spam tools; content that is illegal or infringes others' rights; or anything designed to harm people. You may not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or resell raw access to it. We may suspend projects or accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Vylith available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Previews are temporary. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
8. Liability

9. Ending your account
